Health Charted holds the health records you build with it for your household, and nothing else. Here is what it stores, where it lives, who can see it, and how to delete it.

What it stores

Health Charted keeps a set of records for each person in your household, built only from what you tell it during a conversation:

Nothing is saved unless you say it. Health Charted doesn't reach into your email, your files, or anything outside your conversation.

Where it lives and who can see it

Your household's records are stored encrypted, kept separate from every other account, and tied to the email you sign in with. No one signed into a different account can read or change your family's records.

Any files and documents you upload are part of those records too, stored encrypted and kept separate from every other account.

Within your household, each person's records are tracked separately: information filed under one family member doesn't show up when you're looking at another's.

Health Charted never sells it or trains on it

Your household's records and conversations exist to help your family, and only your family. Health Charted never sells them and never uses them to train a model. You can request a full copy anytime, to keep or take with you.

About the app you use it in

Health Charted runs inside your own Claude or ChatGPT account. What you type there travels through that app, so it's covered by that company's terms, the same as any other conversation you have there, and you decide whether they use it to improve their models.

Each app has a privacy setting for this. On Claude, turn off "Help improve Claude" under Settings, then Privacy. On ChatGPT, turn off "Improve the model for everyone" under Settings, then Data Controls.

The records Health Charted saves for your household are stored separately, and stay yours either way.

Keeping and deleting your records

Your household's records stay until you ask to remove them, so you can come back weeks later and pick up where you left off. You can request a copy of everything, or have it all deleted, at any time, through the same channel that invited you. It's done, no questions asked.
